Chutney Chicken

Chutney Chicken

Our 365 Seasoning Spice is a versatile blend that can enhance a wide variety of dishes. Combined with our famous SA Chutney, here is a recipe that would pair well with this spice:

Ingredients:

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Rinse the rice and drain in a colander/sieve (optional)
  3. Pour the rinsed & drained rice into the base of the casserole dish. 
  4. Sprinkle the InFoodz 365 Seasoning over the chicken pieces and rub to coat evenly. Arrange the seasoned chicken pieces on top of the rice.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, InFoodz Chutney, brown onion soup and water. Whisk to combine. 
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and rice, and cover the casserole dish with tin foil. 
  7. Bake for 1 hour covered, before removing the tinfoil and baking for another 20 – 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and caramelised.  

Serve with a side salad and ENJOY!

Shrimp Pasta

Cajun Shrimp/Prawn Pasta

Cajun Spice is a bold and zesty blend perfect for adding a kick to a variety of dishes. Here is a recipe that would pair well with InFoodz Cajun Spice:

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag shrimp or prawn, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons InFoodz Cajun Spice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet pasta (e.g., fettuccine or penne)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the shrimp and season with InFoodz Cajun Spice. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and shrimp back to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Garlic & Rosemary Roast Potatoes

The InFoodz Garlic & Rosemary Sauce has a savoury, aromatic flavour profile that works beautifully with roasted, grilled, and baked dishes.

Here is a recipe idea for using it to elevate your meals:

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg medium-sized potatoes
  • 3 tbsp InFoodz Garlic & Rosemary Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C.
  2. Brush the potatoes with olive oil, Garlic & Rosemary Sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread in a single layer on a baking tray.
  4. Roast for 40-45 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Glazed Chicken

Honey & Mustard Glazed Chicken

The InFoodz Honey Flavoured & Light Mustard Sauce offers a smooth balance of sweet and tangy flavours, perfect for both savoury and fresh dishes like meats, salads, and even sandwiches.

Here’s how you can make the most of it:

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp InFoodz Honey Flavoured & Light Mustard Sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat each breast generously with the Honey & Light Mustard Sauce.
  4. Place on a baking tray and roast for 25–30 minutes, basting halfway through.
  5. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve with roasted vegetables or a crisp salad.
Chicken Fajitas

Mexican Red Pepper Chicken Fajitas

The InFoodz Mexican Style Red Pepper Sauce brings a vibrant, mildly spicy, and smoky flavour; perfect for adding depth to everyday meals. Inspired by classic Mexican cuisine, this sauce pairs beautifully with meats, seafood, grains, and even plant-based dishes.

Here’s how you can make the most of it:

Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 3 tbsp InFoodz Mexican Style Red Pepper Sauce
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 small tortillas
  • Fresh coriander, lime wedges, and sour cream for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken strips with 2 tablespoons of the Mexican Style Red Pepper Sauce. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the onions and peppers until soft, then remove from the pan.
  4. Add the chicken and cook until golden and cooked through.
  5. Return the vegetables to the pan and toss everything together with the remaining sauce.
  6. Serve hot in tortillas with coriander, lime juice, and a dollop of sour cream.
Lamb Chops

Mint & Herb Marinated Lamb Chops

The InFoodz Gourmet Italian Style Mint Sauce combines refreshing mint with subtle Italian herbs to create a unique, aromatic sauce that complements both savoury and fresh dishes. It’s perfect for Mediterranean-style meals, roasts, and even light summer salads.

Here’s how you can make the most of it:

Ingredients:

  • 6 lamb chops
  • 3 tbsp InFoodz Gourmet Italian Style Mint Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the InFoodz Gourmet Italian Style Mint Sauce with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the lamb chops evenly and let them marinate for at least 1 hour.

Sticky Chicken Drumsticks with SA Braai Sauce

The InFoodz SA Braai Sauce is a true South African classic; rich, slightly sweet, and smoky, designed to enhance the flavour of flame-grilled foods. It’s a natural fit for braais, marinades, basting, and everyday comfort meals.

Here’s how you can make the most of it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken drumsticks
  • ½ cup InFoodz Braai Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C or prepare a medium-heat braai.
  2. In a bowl, mix the SA Braai Sauce, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the drumsticks thoroughly and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Roast for 40–45 minutes (or braai, turning regularly), basting halfway through.
  5. Cook until sticky, caramelised, and cooked through. Serve with pap, chakalaka, or a fresh salad.
Crispy Fish & Chips

Crispy Fish & Chips with Tartare Sauce

Here’s how you can make the most of it:

Ingredients:

  • 4 hake fillets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • Thick-cut chips, cooked
  • InFoodz Tartare Sauce, for serving
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions:

  1. Season the flour with salt and pepper.
  2. Lightly coat the fish fillets in the seasoned flour.
  3. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy, then drain on a paper towel.
  4. Serve immediately with chips, lemon wedges, and a generous helping of InFoodz Tartare Sauce.
