Chutney Chicken
Our 365 Seasoning Spice is a versatile blend that can enhance a wide variety of dishes. Combined with our famous SA Chutney, here is a recipe that would pair well with this spice:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Rice
- 500g Chicken Pieces (8 Pieces)
- 2 tsp InFoodz 365 Seasoning
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup InFoodz Chutney
- 1/2 packet Brown Onion Soup
- 1 cup of Water
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C and grease a casserole dish.
- Rinse the rice and drain in a colander/sieve (optional)
- Pour the rinsed & drained rice into the base of the casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the InFoodz 365 Seasoning over the chicken pieces and rub to coat evenly. Arrange the seasoned chicken pieces on top of the rice.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, InFoodz Chutney, brown onion soup and water. Whisk to combine.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and rice, and cover the casserole dish with tin foil.
- Bake for 1 hour covered, before removing the tinfoil and baking for another 20 – 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and caramelised.
Serve with a side salad and ENJOY!
Cajun Shrimp/Prawn Pasta
Cajun Spice is a bold and zesty blend perfect for adding a kick to a variety of dishes. Here is a recipe that would pair well with InFoodz Cajun Spice:
Ingredients:
- 1 bag shrimp or prawn, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons InFoodz Cajun Spice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet pasta (e.g., fettuccine or penne)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp and season with InFoodz Cajun Spice. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and shrimp back to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Garlic & Rosemary Roast Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 1 kg medium-sized potatoes
- 3 tbsp InFoodz Garlic & Rosemary Sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200 °C.
- Brush the potatoes with olive oil, Garlic & Rosemary Sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Spread in a single layer on a baking tray.
- Roast for 40-45 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Here’s how you can make the most of it:
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 3 tbsp InFoodz Mexican Style Red Pepper Sauce
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 small tortillas

- 1 kg chicken drumsticks
- ½ cup InFoodz Braai Sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C or prepare a medium-heat braai.
- In a bowl, mix the SA Braai Sauce, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the drumsticks thoroughly and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Roast for 40–45 minutes (or braai, turning regularly), basting halfway through.
