SA Braai Sauce is free-flowing and slightly translucent with a glossy dark brown colour. Slightly chunky in texture with visible chilli seeds, crushed garlic, and specks of cayenne pepper. Bold and smoky with a mild bite — perfect for basting over meats on the braai or adding depth to marinades.
